ARC Reader
We are seeking passionate readers to join our team as ARC Readers. As an ARC Reader, you will have the exciting opportunity to read and evaluate pre-publication copies of books across various genres. Your feedback will be invaluable in shaping the final version of the book and contributing to its success in the market.
Responsibilities:
Reading and Evaluation:
Receive and read Advance Reader Copies of books before their official release.
Provide thoughtful and constructive feedback on various aspects, including plot, characters, writing style, and overall enjoyment.
Communication:
Clearly communicate your impressions, opinions, and suggestions to the publishing team.
Participate in discussions or virtual meetings to share insights with authors, editors, and other team members.
Deadline Adherence:
Respect deadlines for reading and submitting feedback to ensure timely decision-making in the publication process.
Confidentiality:
Understand and adhere to confidentiality agreements regarding unpublished content.
Genre Preferences:
Willingness to read and provide feedback on books across different genres, as assigned.
Qualitative Analysis:
Analyze the marketability and appeal of the book to its target audience.
Documentation:
Maintain records of books read, feedback provided, and any other relevant information.
